Environmental Economics Workshop

On 24 and 25 November 2016, the CDES co-hosted the second Environmental Economics Workshop, which brought together leading academics working in the areas of sustainability, natural resources and the environment.

Workshop participants presented new evidence from laboratory and field experiments around the world to characterise the demand for electricity, and applied empirical methods and economic theory to aid policy design in the areas of climate change mitigation and adaptation.

The workshop featured cutting edge research on the economics of energy, water and climate change.
