Resources for Female Staff
The Women's Leadership & Advancement Scheme (WLAS) aims to advance the position of women at Monash by providing a range of career development opportunities and advising on and developing organisational strategies to achieve better outcomes for all female staff. Introduced in April 1998, the Scheme supports Monash's goal of leading the way in equal employment opportunity for women within the higher education sector.
