Research at Monash University follows a strict code of practice, which covers the research responsibilities of the University, its supervisors, students, faculties, centres and other academic units.
All supervisors are expected to adhere to the Graduate Research Supervision Policy and Graduate Research Supervision Procedure for supervision of doctoral and research master's degree students. The code includes guidelines on conflicts of interest.
Anyone intending to supervise Monash graduate research students should read these documents carefully.
