Clayton campus is the largest of the Monash campuses. It’s located on the corner of Wellington Road and Princes Highway, 20 km from Melbourne's city centre. It was established in 1958 and opened its doors to the first students in 1961.
Clayton is the center of our IT undergraduate teaching programs. Our activities here cover games and multimedia, computer science, computational science, software engineering, business information systems and more.
Established in 1998, Monash Malaysia was our first international campus. There are currently more than 4,500 students and 500 staff. About one quarter of the students are international. The campus is located in Bandar Sunway, about 18km from central Kuala Lumpur.
The School of Information Technology, Malaysia, offers a Bachelor of Computer Science, a Master of Business Information Systems, Master of Philosophy and PhD courses, with a particular focus on giving students practical skills and experience. Our Malaysian school’s links with industries means that industry-based learning opportunities can take on an international significance.
Working with Southeast University, we help deliver double master's degrees to students in Suzhou. Combining academic and research excellence, this partnership allows us to make a positive, worldwide impact.
